Billings

This practice is private billing practice. Payment is required at the time of consultation by EFTPOS or cash. Details of specific billing can be obtained from our receptionist and is displayed in the waiting room.

Results and Reminders

We do encourage our patients to book their own follow up results appointment with their doctor. Our doctors check all incoming results throughout the day. If a follow up consultation is required, you will receive a text message (if your have consent to message reminders). Alternatively, you will received a phone call from our team to arrange a consultation. If we cannot get in touch, we will send out a letter to your address. Please ensure you notify the practice if you have changed address.

If your results are URGENT, you will be contacted immediately.

To further improve our service our clinic operates a reminder system to patients for routine general health checks.

Interpreter Service

Our practice has a translator service for those who do not understand English and an interpreting service for those who are deaf. Please ask our receptionist for either if these services.

Cancellations/DNA Policy

Patients that cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not attend their appointment will incur a cancellation or DNA fee of $65.

Privacy Policy

It is a policy of this practice to always maintain the security of personal health information. All information recorded at this practice is confidential. No patient information is to be released to third party unless the request is made in writing and provides evidence of a signed authority to release the requested information, either to the patient directly or a third party. We have a written practice policy and hardcopies are available from reception.
