With a medical career that began in 2005, Dr. Marcelo Silva brings nearly two decades of experience in both primary care and aesthetic medicine. Trained in Brazil and further specialized through a fellowship in Australia, Dr. Silva combines clinical expertise with a warm, down-to-earth approach to patient care.
Whether he’s helping patients manage their long-term health or guiding them through aesthetic treatments, Dr. Silva is committed to offering honest advice, evidence-based care, and genuine connection. He believes in treating the whole person—not just the symptoms.
Outside of the clinic, Marcelo is a passionate surfer, a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, and a proud family man. His belief in balance and wellbeing carries through everything he does, both professionally and personally.

Dr Alline Gomes is an experienced and patient-focused General Practitioner with over 10 years of experience delivering comprehensive individualized treatment tailored to patients’ unique needs. She is focused on providing a safe and empathetic approach to all her patients.
Dr Alline Gomes areas of expertise are Women’s Health, Children’s Health and also specialising in Palliative Care having completed Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Dr Gerald Hindman
General Practitioner, MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Hindman is an experienced and dedicated General Practitioner who has been caring for the Tweed community for 20 years. He previously serviced with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, gaining valuable experience in providing health care in remote and rural settings.
Dr Hindman brings a broad depth of knowledge across all areas of general practice with particular interest in family medicine, geriatric care, diabetes manager and minor skin procedures.
Passionate about the future of medicine, he is also actively involved in medical education, mentoring both medical students and GP registrars.
Dr Hindman consults at Nova Clinic Tweed Monday to Thursday.
